Fulfill the DOT-required education component for employees who have violated 49 CFR Part 40 substance use regulations. This education program is not a SAP assessment or evaluation. The SAP evaluation and follow-up assessment must be conducted face-to-face, either in person or through a secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual platform. This course only the educational component of the SAP process as outlined in 49 CFR Part 40.
